Q: Do I need to download any applications to be able to attend the event?
A: No, you don’t have to download any applications or software to attend the event. For the best user experience, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser on your desktop or laptop.

Q: Can I attend the event using my mobile phone or other devices?
A: Yes, definitely! However, for the best event experience, we recommend you use a laptop or desktop to attend the event.

Q: I am not able to see or hear anything in the Livestream, what should I do?
A: Please clear your browser cache and cookies and restart your browser before signing-in again. Kindly also check if you have your VPN on and turn it off before refreshing your browser.

Q: The site seems to be loading slowly and the stream is lagging for me, what should I do?
A: Use a Wired Connection, if possible. Wireless networks can be subject to interference and are affected by the size & shape of your home. Connecting using an ethernet cable can significantly improve speeds, but it obviously is less flexible than a wireless connection. If not, place your router in or near the room you are in when the event is taking place.
Many background apps will silently use your broadband bandwidth (and thus slow it down for you) without you knowing. Make sure that all unnecessary applications are shut down when you are on the platform.
